When will my credit card be charged?

Credit cards are charged at the time you place the order, before the order is shipped out. All orders are processed securely through Paypal.

Has my order been shipped?

You can check on the status of your order once you receive your confirmation email with your tracking number. You can follow the progress of your order through the USPS website with the tracking number that is sent out. You will be contacted via email once your order has been shipped out with a supplied tracking number through USPS. Track here

Where do you ship to?

Currently we only ship within the US. International shipping is not available at this time.

I forgot my account password. How do I retrieve it?

If you forgot your password, you can retrieve it by clicking on the Forgot Password link on the Order Status page or during the checkout process while placing a new order.

What is your return policy?

We accept all returns, unless stated otherwise on the product page. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Contact us with any return requests. Via our contact form.

How do I find a product?

There are various ways of finding a product. You can browse our online store through the link Skin Care Products by clicking on the main menu button links to find what you are looking for, you can also click on 'Product Look Up' at the top of the pages and type a search term related to what you are looking for and all corresponding results will be displayed.

Can I get notified when a product is back in stock?

Yes, Please sign up for our mailing list. A sign up box can be found at the bottom of every page.

(Mailing List) Will I get tons of spam emails from you?

NO, We only send out notifications of "New products" and "Back in stock" products.

How can I pay for my purchase ?

Currently we only accept paypal payments. During check out you will be supplied with a paypal button to click to make your payment.
